Robert focuses on investments in the Enterprise Solutions and Fintech sectors. Prior to Edison, Robert was on the Strategy and Corporate Development team at Constant Contact, a provider of marketing SaaS solutions to small and medium sized businesses. At Constant Contact, Robert assisted in the overhaul of its corporate strategy, led the Company’s M&A efforts and ultimately oversaw Constant Contact’s $1.1 billion sale to Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI). Upon joining Endurance’s product marketing group, Robert was responsible for managing all the cross-selling efforts between Endurance and Constant Contact customers. Before Constant Contact, Robert was an investment banker at Janney Montgomery Scott in the Technology & Media group where he focused on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as public and private financings.
